The Wheel of Balance
Balance is just critically important to human nature. We all know it, but often times we’re just out of balance.
Frame of reference. What it is, is what is your frame of reference of what’s acceptable or what your standards are. Oftentimes, we set our standards subconsciously a lot lower than we think. It really takes some diving into, some deep diving to see what that is.

In today’s episode we talk about what Doug called as a gym owner, “fat tax”. Fat tax is a payment that you would make just because you had a certain condition that was going on. In one case, you paid this tax because your self conscious about having this gym membership thinking that you might show up and thinking that you might go, knowing that you really wouldn’t, right? That was a tax. It was a fat tax. Now, we have “taxes” on all areas of our life. Listen to today’s episode to see where you may be paying some hidden taxes.
